The challenge

When we first connected with Sabrina, the value was already there. Everything else was missing. Sabrina is a wellness consultant specializing in Hildegard medicine: a rare, niche expertise with a vast but almost entirely untapped potential audience. She worked alone, without any support structure. Her social presence was sporadic, without a recognizable line. Her authority had no channel through which to become reputation. The products existed, but the purchase journey was not built to convert. The problem was not her competence. It was the absence of a system to make it grow sustainably.

The solution
