The concept
Really was born from a simple observation: Italy's best digital professionals no longer work in agencies. They are freelancers, they choose the projects worth their talent, and reaching them is increasingly hard for companies.
We built Italy's first creative hub to close that gap: a community of over 500 vetted specialists in design, tech and marketing, assembled into tailor-made teams for each project, with a dedicated Team Leader accountable for results.
We are not an agency with employees to keep busy, nor a self-service platform that leaves you to choose alone: we build the right team, we lead it and we answer for it. You get a single point of contact and zero complexity.
